Our Story

What We Saw
Artists playing to 50,000 people — not owning a single email.
Merch booths running on iPad apps built for coffee shops.
Fan data vanishing after every show.
Fans who spent hundreds — forgotten the moment they walked out.
So we stopped watching. And started building.

The People
Co-Founder
Watched artists sell $200K in merch and leave with spreadsheets and guesses. Built the first version of Fanhaven during a summer that was supposed to be an internship.
Co-Founder
Grew up going to shows. Realized the people on stage had less data about their fans than the guy selling hot dogs. So he started fixing it.
Co-Founder
Saw the gap between what touring teams needed and what they were stuck using. Brought the engineering to make Fanhaven real.
